Indonesia’s opposition candidate alleges cheating ahead of polls

Indonesia‘s largest hardline Muslim group is threatening to take to the streets if there is cheating in Wednesday’s election.

President Joko Widodo is expected to win a second term in office but his opponent, Prabowo Subianto, is already alleging there are widespread irregularities.

It’s a claim that’s being seized upon by some who want to take the moderate Muslim country in a more conservative direction.

Al Jazeera’s Wayne Hay reports from Jakarta.
