Madagascar election: One-third of voters ‘denied’ right to vote

Vote counting has started in Madagascar after the presidential election.

The African island nation had 36 candidates to choose from – three of them former presidents.

But there are concerns about the low turnout – with many people saying they weren’t able to cast their ballot.
